Premium
Marketing Package - $195 (50%deposit
due when service is scheduled, balance due when brochures are delivered)
- Take Digital Photos
of the subject property.
- Take room measurements if warranted.
- Create property discription for print ads and brochure.
- Design and create custom brochures (50) and Open House flyers (50).
- Scan Seller's Disclosure Form and place on-line with link from MLS (agent
will receive email when accessed).
- Create and MAIL 100 "Just Listed" cards with
Xpress Docs (company paid portion must be available).
- Create and send "Just
Listed" Ecards to all agents who have had a transaction in the geographic
area within the last 90-180 days (not to exceed 100).
